How to manage rebates

Rebates available to all Partners from the Introducing Brokers program, rebates allow them to pay a portion of their rewards back to attracted clients.

Note:

  • Partners who have not completed the verification process will not be able to assign rebates in their Partner area.
  • The rebates cannot be set up for CT_Investor_Pro and CT_Investor_Standard accounts (Copytrading).

Assigning rebates to clients

  • Log in to your Back Office.
  • Go to the Partnership section and select Rebates from the menu.
  • Choose the Client list from the tab.
  • You can use the available filters to find the attracted clients you wish to assign rebates.
  • Click on the checkbox to select the attracted account(s) and then click Assign rebates.
  • Input the percentage amount you wish to set the rebate to, then click Save.
  • Rebates assigned to the selected account(s).

Default rebates settings

  • Log in to your Back Office.
  • Go to the Partnership section and select Rebates from the menu.
  • Choose the Client list from the tab.
  • Click on the Set up default rebates.
  • Input the percentage amount you wish to set the rebate to based on the trading account type, then click Save.
  • These settings will be assigned to all accounts, with the exception of those who have individually asigned rebates.
